It should be noted as of now that this statement is made only for the site you are visiting and not also for other websites that may be consulted through links contained therein.

Types of data processed

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, addresses in URI notation (“Uniform Resource Identifier“) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct operation and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than fifteen days.

Cookie

Purpose and legal basis for processing

The ARTHEMIA S.r.l. processes your browsing data mentioned in point 1) in order to monitor the technical operation and performance of the site, to understand how to improve the services and make them evolve. This data is necessary to ensure the delivery of the site.

The data acquired through technical cookies -referred to in. 2)– are used for the sole purpose of monitoring the proper functioning of the site and are therefore necessary, while those acquired through profiling cookies are used statistically to verify the areas of greatest interest by users.

For these types of data, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

In particular, the ARTHEMIA Ltd. has taken and is taking appropriate organizational (distribution of roles and responsibilities in the execution of activity and controls), procedural, and technical (firewalls, antivirus, and other technologies) measures to protect your data against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification.

Personal data collected for the achievement of the aforementioned purposes may be subject to simple communication, to the extent of their specific competence, to public and private entities for the proper conduct of the employment relationship or to comply with: reasoned requests of the Authorities, laws, regulations and/or EU regulations

At any time, you may access information about yourself and request that it be corrected and/or supplemented, as well as deleted, de-indexed, anonymized, or blocked. You may also object in whole or in part to the processing or opt for portability of your data.
